  • Burn-In Testing: Applies electrical bias at elevated temperatures to eliminate early failures, per MIL-STD-883 Method 1015. 
  • Highly Accelerated Life Test (HALT): Accelerates aging with high humidity, pressure, and temperature, per JESD22-A110 or MIL-STD-883 Method 1004.
