ISO/IEC 17025 Accreditation

ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for testing and calibration laboratories, ensuring technical competence and impartiality in results. Issued by Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. on September 20, 2016, and valid until February 28, 2027, this accreditation covers chemical, dimensional inspection, electrical, mechanical, non-destructive, and thermodynamic testing. For AAA, it confirms our lab’s ability to produce accurate data, building trust in sectors like aerospace and defense where precise measurements are essential for satellite and avionics reliability. 

AS6081/AS6171 Certification

AS6081 and AS6171 are SAE standards for counterfeit avoidance and detection in EEE parts, critical for open-market sourcing. Certified by Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc., these accreditations validate our risk-based testing and authentication processes. In aerospace, defense, and space, they ensure components for missiles and rockets are genuine, mitigating risks that could compromise missions. 

ISO 9001/AS9100 Certification

ISO 9001 and AS9100 are quality management standards, with AS9100 tailored for aerospace. Certified by National Quality Assurance on July 24, 2024, and valid until July 24, 2027, they cover inspection, testing, counterfeit detection, and programming of electronic components. For AAA, this certification demonstrates consistent processes, enhancing credibility in defense and space applications where quality directly impacts system longevity. 

ANSI/ESD S20.20 Certification

ANSI/ESD S20.20 is the standard for electrostatic discharge control in electronics handling. Certified by National Quality Assurance on October 15, 2024, and valid until October 14, 2025, it ensures our lab minimizes ESD risks during testing. This is vital for aerospace, defense, and space, where ESD damage could lead to failures in sensitive satellite electronics or medical implants. 

ITAR Registration

ITAR registration (code M43969, expires July 31, 2026) from the U.S. Department of State ensures compliance with export controls for defense-related items. For AAA, it enables secure handling of sensitive technologies, building trust in aerospace, defense, and space sectors where data protection is paramount. 

ERAI Registration

ERAI registration (Certificate #925689728-0824, member since April 21, 2011, valid until February 18, 2026) allows participation in a global database for reporting counterfeit parts, enhancing early warning systems. For AAA, it supports proactive risk management in defense and space, where counterfeit alerts can prevent system failures. 

GIDEP Registration

GIDEP registration facilitates sharing of component data with government and industry, promoting quality and reliability. For AAA, as a member since 2015, it reinforces our role in aerospace and defense, where shared insights on part issues safeguard mission-critical systems.
