Our History

A Legacy of Growth and Innovation

What started as a humble, mom-and-pop operation in 2009 in New Port Richey, Florida (a small 1,000-square-foot internal test lab for a parts broker focused solely on counterfeit detection) has evolved into a powerhouse of engineering excellence. As demands grew for more sophisticated testing, we refused to let our customers down. We adapted, overcame obstacles, and expanded our talent pool and resources to meet those needs head-on. Like diamonds forged under pressure or gold refined by fire, we’ve been shaped by challenges into a resilient force.

Nearly five years in, we merged with ECAL Test Labs Inc. in 2014, relocating to Palm Bay on Florida’s Space Coast. This move marked the beginning of our transformation, allowing us to broaden our scope beyond counterfeits to comprehensive electrical, mechanical, chemical, and environmental testing. Over time, we’ve scaled dramatically to our current 13,000-square-foot facility, adding automated complex test benches, high-capacity environmental chambers, and cutting-edge bench-top equipment. We’ve assembled a diverse team of electrical, computer, chemical, and materials engineers, enabling us to tackle intricate failure analyses and up-screen commercial components to military standards.

In October 2022, AAA was acquired by Wincove Private Holdings, a private equity group that fueled our shift to a professional, pure-play complex testing lab. This partnership accelerated our growth in 2024 and 2025, sharpening our focus on critical testing for military, medical, aerospace, and automotive environments. From those scrappy beginnings, we’ve become your trusted partner for mission-critical reliability, proving that with grit and customer-driven innovation, underdogs can lead the pack. This journey aligns perfectly with our vision to lead advanced testing nationally and our mission to deliver precision testing, ensuring we continue evolving to support your toughest challenges.
