Electrical Testing

AAA offers a variety of memory tests for products such as SRAM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash, DRAM, SDRAM (DDR - DDR4), hard-disk (HDD) and solid-state drives (SSDs). A PASS/FAIL Memory Test is the most common and cost effective; other tests include Insertion, Configuration, Write, Read, Erase, Blank Check, Speed Verification, Voltage Retention and others. In addition, AAA provides program and erase services.

AAA recommends a minimum of 20 samples and at least 10% of lots > 200 pieces be subjected to Memory Testing. If one or more parts fail Memory Testing, the entire lot should be tested.
